Rules for Using the Mark

Accreditation Mark

The following rules shall apply to the use of accreditation marks and references to accreditation:

  • The EGAC Accreditation Symbol, IAF MLA Mark, and ILAC MRA Mark are the property of their respective organizations and shall be used only in accordance with the applicable accreditation and licensing requirements.
  • These marks may be used only by MPC, where authorized, and only within the scope of its accredited activities.
  • Certified clients shall not use the EGAC Accreditation Symbol, IAF MLA Mark, or ILAC MRA Mark on products, product packaging, websites, stationery, promotional materials, or any other documents.
  • These marks shall not be used in any manner that implies that the client, its products, services, or processes are accredited by EGAC, IAF, or ILAC.
  • Certified clients may refer only to their certification issued by MPC, in accordance with the requirements and instructions provided by MPC.
  • The accreditation marks shall not be modified, distorted, resized disproportionately, recolored, or otherwise altered from their approved design.
  • The accreditation marks shall not be used following the suspension, withdrawal, or expiry of the certification.
  • MPC reserves the right to require the immediate removal of any unauthorized or improper use of the accreditation marks and to take appropriate actions in accordance with the certification agreement.

Handling Complaints and Appeals

Note: The detailed procedure for submitting complaints and appeals is available in the relevant service section of MPC (Certification, Inspection Services and Persons Certification ).
Clients are informed of the procedure upon request or at the time-of-service provision.

Complaints
  • The Sales Manager receives complaints from clients and notifies them of the complaint handling process, in accordance with the procedure for handling complaints and appeals submitted by customers and interested parties.
  • Upon receipt, the Sales Manager forwards the complaint to the Director of Quality Management and Accreditation Control for review and validation.
  • If valid, it is sent to the relevant department for investigation and implementation of corrective actions using “Non-Conformities and Corrective Actions.”
  • The Quality Manager provides the Sales Manager with the results and corrective actions, which are then communicated to the complainant.
  • All complaints are recorded in the “Complaints / Appeals Register.”
  • The Sales Manager performs periodic statistical analysis of customer satisfaction.
  • Complaints related to Quality or Accreditation Control are referred directly to Top Management or an independent committee to ensure impartiality.
Appeals
  • Customers may submit an appeal against company decisions using “Complaints / Appeals submitted by customers and interested parties,” in accordance with the same procedure.
  • The company documents and controls all stages of the appeal process (receipt, evaluation, and decision).
  • Individuals involved in appeals shall not be the same as those who conducted the audit or made the certification decision.
  • The appeal process must be non-discriminatory and impartial.
  • The Director of Quality Management and Accreditation Control validates the appeal, investigates it with the relevant department, and records the results and actions using “NonConformities and Corrective Actions.”
  • The Sales Manager maintains the Appeals Register, informs the appellant of the outcome, and performs regular statistical analyses.
