Exam Formation (Questions Bank)
A structured methodology is used to develop exams, following international personnel certification standards. This includes defining exam components, question formats, difficulty distribution, grading structure, pass/fail thresholds, and retake policies. An exam question bank is maintained and used in accordance with the documented methodology.
Exam Planning
Comprehensive exam plans and programs are developed, maintained, and continuously improved, with public availability ensured.
Receiving Summative Assessment and/or Pre-Exam Materials
Effective procedures are established to detect and communicate rules against plagiarism and malpractice. Grading is transparently linked to each participant’s submitted work. Assessment records are securely retained as evidence, with the retention period clearly defined and made publicly accessible.
Correction of Pre-Exam Materials
Pre-exam answers are reviewed and corrected as necessary. Final exam eligibility decisions are made based on ongoing evaluations of summative assessments and pre-exam results. All related records are retained as part of the continuous documentation process.
